Wiki Inbox

Drop zone for raw material headed into the wiki. Anything placed here is picked up by the next ingest pass and then archived (moved to archive/YYYY-MM/, never deleted) — this folder is the only part of the wiki system that gets cleared out.

What goes here:

• Journal-photo transcripts: photograph a handwritten journal page, ask ChatGPT/Claude (mobile app) to transcribe/summarize it, copy-paste the reply into a new file here (any name, e.g. 2026-07-14-journal.org or .md — format doesn't matter, it gets read and discarded/archived either way).
• Mobile quick notes: anything jotted down away from Emacs, synced in here via Syncthing.
• Anything else not yet worth a full org-capture entry.

What does not go here:

• Long-form notes captured from Emacs — those go into the zettelkasten (zetel/) as usual via the existing capture templates; the wiki's ingest pass picks them up from there on its own.

Run the ingest pass (see ../CLAUDE.md) whenever this folder has something in it and you have a few minutes to review the result.
